The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) (Arabic: 2000) was established as a Joint Saudi Share, under Royal Decree No. M 25/25 Jumana Al Thani, 1396H (June 23, 1976) in Saudi Arabia. The Bank began operations in March 1977. Saudi Investment Bank has a group of sister companies: American Express, Oryx Saudi Leasing, and Properties International Finance and Real Estate Development. The Bank operates through a network of 52 branches in 2019, including 10 women's branches across Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Investment Bank is active in financing the semi-governmental and industrial sectors and commercial financing, which includes import and export activities. Through its program ,Asala offers Shariah-compliant banking products and services.
