Trade Jack In The Box

Jack's Box is an American fast food chain founded February 21, 1951, by Robert Peterson in San Diego, California, where it is headquartered. The chain has more than 2,200 locations, primarily serving the west coast of the United States. There are also restaurants in selected large urban areas off the West Coast, including Phoenix, Denver, Albuquerque, El Paso, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Bon Rouge, Nashville, Charlotte, Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis and Cincinnati, as well as one in Guam. The company also operated the Qdoba Mexican Grill chain until Apollo Global Manga bought the chain in December 2017. Robert Oscar Peterson already owned many successful restaurants when Topsy opened the drive at 6270 El Cajun Street in San Diego in 1941. Several were opened over Topsy. By the late 1940s, Peterson's sites had developed circus-like décor featuring drawings of a star-studded clown.
