Lopez Holdings (formerly Benpres Holdings) is a Filipino conglomerate founded by brothers Eugenio Lopez, Sr. and Fernando Lopez, Sr. has large holdings in the public services and utilities sector in the Philippines, and serves as a holding company of the Lopez family listed for investments in key development sectors such as broadcasting and cable; telecommunications; power generation and distribution; manufacturing; manufacturing; and property development. It has added to its portfolio of investments in other core services sectors, but has since also sold its interest in banking, fee-based methods, information technology and healthcare delivery. Lopez Holding company is majority owned by Lopez, Inc., a private holding and investment entity of the Lopez family. ABS-CBN Corporation (formerly ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation) - a listed company and the largest media conglomerate in the country. It is currently involved in radio and television broadcasting as well as cable television (SkyCable, Creative Programmes, Inc.), film, publishing, licensing and websites. The main television station, ABS-CBN is the country's leading television network, available worldwide through the Philippine channel. Lopez Holdings owns 57.24% of ABS-CBN as of 2014.
