Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) is an American aviation holding company that provides air cargo transportation and related services to domestic and foreign air carriers and other companies that outsource air cargo lifting requirements. THROUGH ITS LEASING COMPANIES AND AIRLINES, ATSG IS THE WORLD'S LARGEST OWNER AND OPERATOR OF CONVERTED BOEING 767 CARGO AIRCRAFT. Through major subsidiaries, including three airlines with separate and distinct FAA Part 121 air carrier certifications, ATSG provides aircraft charter, air cargo lift, ACMI passenger, aircraft rental services, aircraft maintenance services and airport ground services. ATSG subsidiaries include Cargo Aircraft Management Company, Inc.; Company 2000; 1000,000,000,000,000 ABX Air, Inc.; International Air Transport Company; OmniAir International, LLC, Airborne Global Solutions, Inc.; Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc., Inc., including its subsidiary, Pimco Conversion Dba Pemco Global Air Services; LGSTX Services, inc. atSG owns a 25 percent stake in West Atlantic.In March 2016, ATSG announced an agreement to operate an air cargo network to serve Amazon.com customers in the United States Including: 20 Boeing 767 cargo aircraft leased by ATSG Cargo Aircraft Management Company; and ATSG's cargo company. The aircraft is operated by ATSG, International Air Transport; The 20 leases will be for five to seven years and operations agreements for five years. ATSG will also grant Amazon orders to buy 9.99% soon and up to 19.9% over a five-year period of atsg common stock. In January 2017, ATSG announced that it had acquired Tampa, Pimco World Air Services based in Florida, a commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and repair provider boeing 737 passenger transportation to transport.
